Meat Industries Employees Superannuation Fund (MIESF)
At the instruction of the Meat Industry Employees’ Superannuation Fund (MIESF), JACX Property have provided annual valuations for financial reporting purposes on their office and industrial portfolio. JACX are well-placed to support our clients requiring portfolio valuations and advisory services nationally.
The assets are varied in nature and complexity, comprising two multi-level office buildings within the Melbourne city fringe, an office / showroom / warehouse with underlying development potential also in Melbourne’s inner city, and an office warehouse facility utilised as a truck service depot in the northern industrial area of Adelaide.
The annual assessments require a thorough investigation into movements in the respective markets as well as a detailed understanding of the individual assets and their income profiles.
Working closely with the MIESF, JACX provided each valuation report in a timely manner and in accordance with financial reporting standards as well as being on hand to provide additional property advice during the year.
