As a Certified Practising Valuer and Licensed Real Estate Agent, Michael brings a unique blend of expertise, strategic insight, and industry knowledge to JACX Property. His approach, combined with the expertise of the wider JACX team, ensures that clients receive transparent, unbiased advice and tailored solutions for even the most complex property challenges.

Michael founded JACX Property to create a firm where clients experience a seamless, collaborative approach to property advisory, supported by long-term trusted relationships and a commitment to exceptional outcomes.

Chris is a respected and trusted property professional who seeks to provide a meaningful contribution to his clients through his knowledge of the property market, analytical skills and approachable nature. He provides advice to lessors and lessees, investors, prospective purchasers and vendors, developers and statutory authorities on both market value and rental value for various purposes.

Chris is a Certified Practising Valuer and Chartered Surveyor providing advice for a variety of property types. Prior to joining JACX, Chris was head of commercial valuations at a national property firm and has also worked for property groups in London and Athens.

Steve is a passionate property professional with close to 20 years of experience delivering tailored solutions to clients. With an extensive background in valuations, advisory, and transaction management, Steve is an integral advisor within the JACX Property team.

A Certified Valuer, Steve’s expertise spans commercial, industrial, retail, and residential asset classes. He is highly active in JACX’s transaction management division, where he regularly advises vendors on asset divestment strategies. In addition to his work in divestments, Steve has significant experience in buyer advocacy, acquisition advisory, and tenant advisory, making him a well-rounded and highly experienced property professional.

Steve thrives on building strong relationships with clients and resolving complex property challenges. As a skilled negotiator and mediator, he supports clients across a broad range of services, consistently ensuring the best outcomes in every engagement.

Matt specialises in the commercial sector, with a specific focus on the office market where he has been involved in Transaction Management, Leasing and Tenant Representation.

Matt has represented both private and public sector clients nationally and is a key member of the JACX team. With high levels of energy and a strong strategic mindset, Matt always ensures his clients can achieve the optimal property outcome.

James is one of JACX Property’s lead advisors on major property leases within Australia’s key office markets. With over 15 years in commercial real estate, he brings a sharp, forward-thinking approach and deep market insight to every engagement, ensuring clients achieve optimal property outcomes in competitive environments.

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, James specialises in Leasing and Transaction Management, Tenant Advisory, and complex lease negotiations. His extensive experience and well-established industry relationships have made him a trusted advisor, particularly for clients navigating Australia’s major office markets.

Grant brings over 20 years of property industry experience across Australia and New Zealand, with expertise spanning all asset classes. Known for his strategic, solutions-driven approach, Grant is a clear thinker who excels at tackling complex property challenges.

Previously, Grant held the role of Property Development Manager at Bunnings, where he led the successful completion of over 20 Large Format Retail, Industrial, and Office projects, totaling more than 250,000 sq.m. across Australia and New Zealand. He has also held key positions at Pellicano and Knight Frank in Development Management and Industrial Sales & Leasing, underscoring his extensive industry background and hands-on project experience.

Celesté is a key team member at JACX. She has 20 years of international experience in business operations managing large teams.
She is assertive, very enthusiastic and is an effective leader in streamlining operations, setting goals and increasing productivity.

Celesté also brings extensive knowledge in business planning, procedure development and is a great team leader.

Tenille brings 15 years of executive level administration experience to JACX Property. In addition to the responsibilities of Executive Assistant, Tenille is in involved with the operational side of the business in which her attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are vital.

Tenille remains across all JACX files providing client updates, property analysis and project coordination. As an established and skilled professional, Tenille’s contribution to JACX is invaluable and ensures outstanding results for both our clients and our business.
