Michael is responsible for leading all aspects of JACX Property. Since joining the property industry in 2001, Michael has maintained an enviable reputation of trustworthiness and reliability.

Michael established JACX Property to provide clients with an exceptional client experience. A firm where complicated property problems are solved, a firm where unbiased and transparent advice is guaranteed, and a firm where long term trusted relationships are developed with every client.

Michael is a Certified Practicing Valuer and Licensed Real Estate Agent. He brings to the firm a unique combination of national industry expertise, strategic insight and management skill.

Chris is a respected and trusted property professional who seeks to provide a meaningful contribution to his clients through his knowledge of the property market, analytical skills and approachable nature. He provides advice to lessors and lessees, investors, prospective purchasers and vendors, developers and statutory authorities on both market value and rental value for various purposes.

Chris is a Certified Practising Valuer and Chartered Surveyor providing advice for a variety of property types. Prior to joining JACX, Chris was head of commercial valuations at a national property firm and has also worked for property groups in London and Athens.

Grant has over 17 years’ experience in the property industry throughout Australia and New Zealand, with diverse experience across all asset classes from early due diligence through to acquisition, planning, delivery and disposal. He is a clear thinker who has a passion for problem solving with a strategic yet straight forward approach.

Most recently Grant worked at Bunnings as Property Development Manager where over almost nine years he was responsible for the successful completion of over 20 Large Format Retail, Industrial and Office projects totalling more than 250,000 sq.m. across Australia and New Zealand. He has also previously held roles at Pellicano and Knight Frank in the areas of Development Management and Industrial Sales & Leasing.

Matt specialises in the commercial sector, with a specific focus on the office market where he has been involved in Transaction Management, Leasing and Tenant Representation.

Matt has represented both private and public sector clients nationally and is a key member of the JACX team. With high levels of energy and a strong strategic mindset, Matt always ensures his clients can achieve the optimal property outcome.

James has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 12 years, with a specific focus on the office market. His clients benefit from his strong, strategic mindset always ensuring they achieve their optimal property outcome.

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, James has worked with various clients in providing Leasing and Transaction Management services along with Tenant Advisory. Through building on his diverse experience, he has earned a reputation as a highly focused and considered advisor where his clients confidently rely on his market knowledge, industry relationships and extensive experience in negotiations.

Celesté is a key team member at JACX. She has 20 years of international experience in business operations managing large teams.

She is assertive, very enthusiastic and is an effective leader in streamlining operations, setting goals and increasing productivity.

Celesté also brings extensive knowledge in business planning, procedure development and is a great team leader.

Steve has a passion for property and delivering tailored solutions to clients. With a broad international background in valuations and advisory Steve is an experienced property expert and an integral part of the JACX Property team.

For over 15 years Steve has practiced as a senior Certified Valuer within private and global property firms. His experience spans most asset classes including commercial, industrial, retail and residential. His valuation background is integral when negotiating complex lease transactions, providing acquisition advice, divestment advice, rental assessments and transaction management services.

Steve thrives on building strong relationships with clients and solving complicated property issues. He is a skilled negotiator and mediator and can assist clients with a broad range of services.
